These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Clevah mobile application and related services (the "Services"), operated by Growtrics Pte. Ltd. ("Growtrics", "we", "us").
By using the Services you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms applicable to purchased features. We may modify these Terms at any time; changes take effect when you continue to use the Services after the revision date.
You may sign in using the methods offered in the app. Account creators must be at least 21 years old, or use the Services with the consent of a parent or guardian. You must provide accurate information and are solely responsible for your account's security and all activity under it. You may not create multiple accounts, transfer your account, or use another person's account without permission.
You retain ownership of content you submit, and grant Growtrics a worldwide, transferrable, sub-licensable, royalty-free right to use, copy, modify, and distribute that content for the operation and development of the Services. We may monitor, refuse, delete, or move content at our discretion without liability.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Services. You may not reverse-engineer or copy our code, infringe intellectual-property rights, conduct illegal activities, build competing products, send spam, scrape the Services with automated tools, or impersonate others. We are not responsible for the identity of users, the accuracy of posted content, or interactions between users.
The Services — including all code, questions, solutions, videos, and data — remain the property of Growtrics. You may not use our trademarks or content in advertising or publicity without prior written consent, which may be withheld at our discretion.
The Services may reference or interoperate with third-party websites, promotions, or services. Your relationship with any third party is governed entirely by that party's terms, and we assume no responsibility for their conduct.
Clevah subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play using your store account. Purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable except as described in our Refund Policy or as required by the applicable store's own policies. No refunds are given where an account is suspended for breaching these Terms. You authorise the applicable store to charge your subscription fee plus applicable taxes.
You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts without notice for any reason, including breach of these Terms; upon termination, associated data and licences cease. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services without liability or compensation.
We make no warranty that the Services are compatible with your device or other hardware or software. Compatibility issues may affect device performance, and we bear no liability for resulting losses.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of security, timeliness, accuracy, or error-free operation, and we disclaim all implied warranties. Our aggregate liability is capped at the amounts you paid for the Services in the preceding 24 months, and we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
You agree to indemnify Growtrics, its affiliates, and their officers against claims arising from your access to the Services, your content, your account, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights, including reasonable legal fees.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any disclosed terms for additional features constitute the entire agreement between you and Growtrics and supersede prior understandings.
