This Privacy Policy explains how Growtrics Pte. Ltd. ("Growtrics", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Clevah mobile application and related services (the "Services").
We collect personal identifiers you provide when creating an account, such as your name, email address, and login credentials, together with content you submit while using the app (for example, answers to practice questions). We automatically collect device information, usage patterns, and diagnostic logs. Learning interaction data — including assessment responses, points earned, and progress metrics by subject, topic, and level — is collected to power your dashboard and recommendations. Payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play; we do not receive or store your full card details.
We use your data to deliver and personalise the Services, track learning progress, operate rewards and gamified practice, communicate with you about your account, detect fraud and abuse, run analytics that improve the product, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
To generate feedback, grading, and adaptive recommendations, relevant learning content and context may be processed by third-party AI providers, including OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, xAI (Grok), and Amazon Web Services. These providers are contractually required to process such data solely for our purposes and may not use it independently.
We share information with service providers who support our operations (hosting, analytics, customer support), with business partners where necessary to provide the Services, and with authorities where disclosure is required by law.
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to comply with legal obligations, or to resolve disputes.
You may access, update, correct, or delete your account data, opt out of marketing communications, and withdraw consent by contacting us using the details below.
We apply administrative and technical safeguards to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Services may contain links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices and encourage you to review their policies.
Clevah is designed for students aged 10 to 18. Where required by law, accounts for minors must be created or consented to by a parent or guardian, and we rely on that consent for the collection of a child's information.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are indicated by the "Last updated" date above, and continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
